KING AND BEAR TENNIS COURTS
Rules and Regulations
1. Tennis courts are for tennis use only.
2. Tennis Courts are for the exclusive use of the WGV Residents and their Guests.
3. The Courts are available every day from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm.
4. Proper tennis attire and smooth-soled tennis shoes must be worn at all times.
5. All players must check Reservations List before taking a court. Reservations have first priority.
6. Please be considerate of those waiting. Limit singles matches to 1 hour, doubles to 1-½ hours.
7. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
8. Any Resident or guest creating a disturbance or excessive noices, racquet throwing, or using profanity may be asked to vacate the premises.
9. No Smoking, chewing tobacco, pets, skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, food, or beverages (other than water) are permitted on the courts.
10. The Association assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, harm, or discomfort resulting from the use of these facilities.
11. The Association is not responsible for any personal property left on the premises.
12. Courts will be closed for maintenance operations or when dictated by safety considerations or adverse weather conditions.
